We are located at the base of Big Powderhorn Mountain in the Western Upper Peninsula of Michigan. We are open year round with winter being the busiest time. We have 50 homes to choose from, ranging from 1-2 bedroom homes up to 8 bedroom homes each offering unique amenities such as hot tubs, saunas, recreation rooms, whirlpools & more. Our homes are individually owned by our homeowners who pay fees

to be part of our association. Big Powderhorn Lodging then takes cares of all rentals, marketing, maintenance and housekeeping by a friendly, professional staff.

Next up, we’re excited to share some locally-made goodness with our guests — fresh bread from Stem’s Micro Farm! 🍞🌻 This delicious bread is baked right on the farm, where they use natural farming methods to make not only the best bread, but also offer fresh flowers, eggs, and even pork.

If you’re ever in the area, be sure to stop by their cute farmstand on US 2 outside of Marenisco — it’s the perfect place to grab a loaf (or two!) and check out their seasonal offerings.

We are a property management company located at the base of Big Powderhorn Mountain in the Western Upper Peninsula of Michigan. All our vacation homes are located in the Powderhorn Mountain Ski Village.

We offer year round, comfortable, vacation homes for all budgets and tastes! Many homes offer unique amenities such as hot tubs, recreation rooms, air conditioning, saunas, campfire pits, whirlpools & more. BPLA is entirely owned by the homeowners of all our vacation rentals. We make every effort to maintain, protect and enhance property values for owners by offering superior management and guest services. We operate on trust, loyalty and hard work. The trust we build with our homeowners, the loyalty we build with our guests and the hard work our team puts into maintenance, cleaning and guest services.
