It's mud season! Thanks to Hamilton's North Coast Adventures, we were able to rent a zippy SxS and explore the epic trails around Piper Haus. We had a blast!

Thanks especially to Gogebic Range Trail Authority - ORV & Snowmobile Club for their tireless, volunteer work last week that made Trail 160/Bald Mountain Trail easy to maneuver and enjoy. Wow, those "puddles"! We were soaked. This was Emily's first time driving an SxS and she loved it!

The ATV trails run right up Powderhorn Road, just down the street from Piper Haus. We also include ATV trail maps in the units to help you find just the outing you're looking for.

The Iron County, Wisconsin ATV/UTV Trail system will open for the season at 8:00 am on Friday, May 20, 2022. Please stay on marked ATV/UTV trails and routes as off trail riding is trespassing and can cause loss of trail use. Be aware of changing trail conditions due to wind and/or rain.

Prior to purchasing the home in August, we met the previous owners Carrie and Mike, and we really hit it off with them. Their meticulous care and passion for the home was evident.
