The Cottage has three bedrooms with two queen beds and one full bed. For additional sleeping options, there is a full-size futon sofabed with real mattress in the family room and a pull-out queen sleeper sofa in the living room. All bedrooms feature beachy decor, updated bedding, ceiling fans, central HVAC, and LED Roku TVs.

Our beachy decor and close proximity to Bethany Beach create a great family or couples getaway any time of year. Our home is located in a quiet, mature neighborhood that’s a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. It’s perfect for family fun and relaxation!
There’s lots of space to spread out, with a living room, family room, 3 bedrooms, private back yard, large front yard, and adjacent grass lots. When not at the beach, friends and family can gather around the fireplace in the large family room or enjoy a movie on the huge LED tv with theater system.
We’re constantly updating and remodeling to make our home your favorite Bethany Beach rental. In 2015, we installed all new flooring and appliances. For 2020, we’ve updated both bathrooms, updated doors, and built a new boardwalk to the outdoor shower.
