The private resort, composed of more than 2200 condominiums, spacious townhomes and private single-family homes, is within steps of the ocean. During your stay with us you have exclusive access to a half mile of private, guarded beach, 12 pools, 34 tennis courts, world-class tennis facilities and instructors, and the Freeman Fitness Center with a 25-yard lap and recreational indoor pool as well as a variety of programs for every age. This beautifully landscaped community, with around-the-clock security, has biking and walking trails, playgrounds and picnic areas and trees and parks. Surrounded by wide open spaces on nearly all sides, there is a sense of peace and tranquility. Within walking distance are quaint shops, conveniences and you're only minutes away from tax-free, outlet shopping in nearby Rehoboth Beach. Introducing Pickleball Open Play Ladders from April 9 - May 23, 2024!

Description: Register individually. Move up/down the ladder based on match outcomes. Matches are first to 11, win by 2, or end after 15 minutes with the team having the most points declared winner. In case of a tie, the team scoring the last point wins. After each match, players swap partners to form new teams for the next round.

Cost: Homeowners: Free | Members: $10/day | General Public: $15/day
