Jake brings over 6 years of leadership experience from his time as an Infantry Squad Leader in the United States Marine Corps. His military background has shaped his skills in discipline, precision, and dedication.

Fun fact: Jake was one of Rather Be Properties’ first clients, and now he’s part of the team! 😄

He’ll be overseeing the smooth integration of new properties and team members, optimizing processes, conducting inspections, and maintaining our awesome company culture. Jake’s focus is on ensuring top-notch standards and driving our growth and success.

On a personal note, Jake recently got married last month! 🎉 He resides in Big Bear with his lovely wife, their dog, and their cat. 🐕🐈
