Welcome to "The Bear Condo", a large 3 Bedroom, 2 1/2 Bath, 1490 square foot condo at the base of Bear Mountain Resort with 65" HDTV, FREE cable WiFi Internet and local phone. Live on the slopes in this Ski In / Ski Out home with close-up views of the skiers and snowboarders from the living room, patio, master bedroom, and master bedroom balcony. ps 9 easily, or up to 11 with the pullout couch bed. Enjoy the living room with a beautiful brick fireplace and unique carved wood bear mantle, game table with bumper pool, and 6 person dining table. Your kitchen is fully stocked with a Keurig machine and every appliance and utensil you'll need to cook a wonderful meal. The Master Bedroom features a queen bed, full bath on suite with relaxing jetted tub, TV, spacious closets, and sweeping views of the ski run and mountains from the room and master balcony. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and a twin bed, TV, and a large closet. Bedroom #3 has 2 bunk beds, a TV with Sony Playstation and DVD player and a large closet. This comfortable home also has a full size washer and dryer, a 2 car garage with a ping pong table, and a huge driveway that can park 4 cars. Invite your friends and feel like VIPs. Condo complex is fully gated and features a whirlpool bath Spa and Tennis Courts with SKI IN / SKI OUT access. You cannot beat the location!! Visiting in the spring or summer? The condo is located just a short drive to the Big Bear lake's edge. While at the lake you can enjoy fishing, swimming, or wake boarding. Don't have a boat? No problem! The lake features a cable park for wake borders! Bear Mountain offers fantastic hiking, mountain biking as well as zip lining. In the village there is shopping at fabulous local boutiques and cute shops. The local restaurants serve great food in a warm atmosphere and the pubs will not disappoint.
