Hydration Secret 💧 🚰 This is also called "sole water" and is becoming popular. In arid climates, in high heat you will probably sweat and not notice it as much because the sweat evaporates so quickly. Don't just drink water but remember to add some salt to your water. 1 or 2 tsp in the morning and after your hike or your day is done would not be too much. If you see white residue on your skin after sweating that's a sign that you lost a lot of sodium. It's not unhealthy. And you should replenish with some salt. It's hard to say exactly how much so you have to figure out what's best for your body. If you have muscle cramps then you are not just dehydrated but probably also low on salt. I have had muscle cramps instantly go away simply by extra salt to my water.
