On almost 60 private acres, the estate offers over 1 mile of private shoreline to enjoy the best lakeside activities Montana offers. Echo Lake is a naturally warm spring fed lake that is highly desirable for excellent wa
tersport activities such as water skiing, wakeboarding, jet skiing, kayaking and fishing. And with the lovely town of Bigfork only a short drive away, you can venture out and explore the town, scenery or dining and nightlife. Glacier Park and Flathead Lake are two popular destinations that shouldn’t be missed! The grounds include lake front access with an extra large dock accommodating a motorboat and two wave runners. The south facing sandy beach and sprawling great lawn allow for hours of sunning, playing and gathering. Between the beach and the Main House, stop by the fire pit to warm up in the evening or roast some smores. How about a leisurely nap in the hammock after a lovely hike around the property’s old logging trails? You’ll find cherry and apple trees at every turn along with secret hills of wild raspberries. You may even spy a doe and her new fawn hiding amongst the bushes. With three separate buildings, your group will be accommodated comfortably and conveniently. Each structure is distinct and unique in design and function, but complement each other and the nature surrounding them. You won’t find this architecture and attention to detail anywhere else! The Main House is an Adirondack and Asian inspired lodge offering a large open great room with kitchen, dining for eight and wood burning fireplace by the cozy seating area featuring stunning Echo Lake views. Enjoy dining on the expansive patio overlooking the magnificent sunsets and later the twinkling stars. There is a grand master bedroom with King size bed on the second level complete with giant shower with rain showerhead, a jetted soaking tub, and large walk-in closet that can be used as an office or nursery. You will also find a jewel of a bedroom with a Full size bed and private half bath. On the first level you will find a bedroom with two Twin beds and a bunk room with 4 Twin beds. A unique double bathroom with two private showering options allows for maximum use and convenience. Off the mudroom with full laundry facilities is another half bath. The kitchen is well stocked and a chefs dream with multiple ovens, 6 burner vintage range and giant island so prep is a breeze. The Boathouse is the main gathering place for your festivities and can function as additional accommodations for a larger group. The second floor open layout features turn-of-the-century yacht club décor with a custom made shell encrusted rock fireplace. Gather the group for games, entertainment and fun! There's even an antique player piano and flat screen TV. The enormous couch seating hides two sleeper sofas to accommodate 4 guests. Down the spiral staircase, the ground-floor entrance houses a laundry room and bathroom. The adjoining garage is stocked with outdoor nets, lawn games, table tennis, kayaks and SUP’s ready for use. Just a short walk away on a gravel and railroad tie pathway, you will find the Hill House. This Cape Cod-style dwelling boasts two bedrooms, a loft and two full bathrooms, half bath and laundry room. The spacious main living area features a full kitchen, dining area and living room with gas fireplace. There is a sleeper sofa, trundle bed, and day bed allowing the main room to sleep 4. The first bedroom contains a Queen size bed and the second bedroom has a Queen bed and a Twin bed. Children and adults alike will compete though to sleep in the Tower room with two Twin beds. This special room is accessed by a ladder staircase and panoramic views are reminiscent of a tree house hideout. The wraparound porch and shingled exterior complete the unique offering of this home. Each home is equipped with starter supplies such as: toilet paper, paper towels, basic hygiene and cleaning products, pillows, linens, and towels. The main kitchen comes fully stocked with everything to make a gourmet meal plus coffee makers in each kitchen. There is also a laundry room in each building.
We will not be hosting guests for the foreseeable future. Our family is using the property full time!

Summer preparations have begun in Glacier National Park!
Stay with us and you will be less than a hour away from this amazing place.
But we wouldn't blame you if you never left our heavenly property and just played on the lake!
Good news for wildlife and humans alike... spring is here!
Spring plowing on the Going-to-the-Sun Road, past Lake McDonald Lodge, has begun. There is no ski, snowshoe, hiking, or bicycle access beyond the lodge while crews are working. Hiker/biker access is open to Rising Sun on the east side of the road at this time. In Many Glacier, hikers and bikers may travel as far as the junction with the Ranger Station and Campground. Additionally, there are currently no hiker/biker restrictions on Camas road, and in Two Medicine, the plowed section of the road is open for hiker/biker access.
Take some time to enjoy the first steps on solid ground this year, and get excited for all the adventures to come. Grab a friend, grab a bike, and don't forget to grab that bear spray!
