Banishing the zombie anxiety boyscout If you think that you have to be the boyscout of anxiety, constantly thinking and worrying about everything in order for it to work out, this is a totally flawed premise. The truth is the less you worry about stuff, the more likely it is to work out in your favor.

One minute to less anxiety in 2 minutes 31 seconds 1) letting go of your anxiety is important because it is blocking you from making more money 2) become aware of your anxious thoughts and picture them running out the door 3) Acknowledge that maybe you don't have all the information to definitively judge whether this situation is good or bad, example when Jobs got fired from Apple he went on to found Pixar.

Why you are not making as much money as you should be - Part 1 Short answer - the zombie of anxiety is taking its toll. The concept that anxiety is part of being successful is a myth. The people that have both anxiety and success just have a lot of energy to power both. Anxiety (1) sucks energy away from profitable tasks and ideas and (2) what you focus on you create, so having anxiety opens the door to unwanted experiences. Start slaying the anxiety zombie by becoming aware of the mental programs you are running. Notice how your head gives you lots of conflicting advice. It's like a crazy roommate up there. Practice being aware of it. As you become more aware you will start putting yourself in the director's chair of your life instead of the stressed out victim role.
