Play Island Preschool provides a warm and inviting environment for little learners to explore, create and discover new things! We foster a love of learning through exploration, investigation, problem solving, imagination, creation and play. Play Island Preschool is a place where students feel loved, valued and confident. We offer morning class for all 3/4-year-old students with the option of child

care in the afternoon. Our 4/5-year-old class is all-day every-day from 8:00am - 3:00pm. Both classed provide students with learning experiences and foundational skills that will prepare them for kindergarten.

Administrative Assistant – St. Mary's School is looking to hire a full time administrative office assistant. This position will provide support to the principal, staff, and students. This is a year-round position.
Qualifications:
High school diploma is required
Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
Clerical experience preferred
Prior experience working in an educational setting preferred
Experience with Student Information System preferred
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Google, Mac applications etc...
Ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, clerical, interpersonal and customer service skills
Must be a self-starter, detail oriented, and possess the ability to work independently
Hours: Position is for 40 hours a week (5 days per week) 12 months per year. Approximate start date of August 12, 2024.
Benefits: Benefits package include contribution towards health, dental, life, vision and long term disability insurance.
