Pirate IN the Caribbean Party
Did you know the Disney Cruise Line is the only cruise line in the world that regularly has a fireworks show on board?!? The ships are specially built for the fireworks displays, which are launched from the starboard side of the ship. Typically fireworks are presented on the evening of the Pirates IN the Caribbean party. It was Amazing and Magical!!🎆🏴☠️🎶🐭♥️

Day 2 on Disney Wish-Nassau💙 We were up early watching from our room Verandah as we cruised into Nassau. The blue waters were beautiful. Our pilot boat led us into port where we docked alongside the Disney Magic!! We had great views of the shopping village and Atlantis Resort. We decided not to go ashore so spent some time in the Senses Spa, which was amazing and then looked around the ship. It was pirate night on the ship that night so we got ready for that and headed to our dinner rotation which was in Marvel Restaurant. It was a great day!!♥️💙

Disney + Christmas + Caribbean Beach Resort + Good Food = Magical Times
We checked out this morning less than 24 hrs after we arrived. We did not experience what we planned, since Jollywood was cancelled but we still had a great time and did a lot in our short time here. Last night was fun, we were wet, soggy and cold but we laughed our way through what turned out to be a very enjoyable and magical time.
Today we had a simple plan, check out, venture over to Animal Kingdom Lodge for breakfast at Boma and see the Resort Christmas decor. Breakfast was delicious as usual…this is one of my personal favorites!! This resort is just breathtaking.
Then we hopped on a bus and headed to Animal Kingdom so I could grab my Passholder Magnets that were available in Chester & Hester’s Dinosaur Treasures Shop! It was quick and easy! But it was a reminder to me that no matter what the situation, Magic can happen at any moment.
Have you ever heard of or seen DeVine? I have, @@but over the years I’ve only captured glimpses just as she was heading back stage but today was my day…when I least expected it there she was. She’s beautiful, elegant and quite simply…..Magical. I’ve shared some pictures in this post but stay tuned because I was fortunate enough to grab a phenomenal short video that I will share in a separate post.

We braved the rain and storms because why not, we are at Disney?🤷🏼♀️So, we headed to Disney Springs for some shopping and a really delicious dinner at Paddlefish….Yummy😋
Afterwards, we made a quick stop back at our resort to drop our packages, get some dry socks, then took a Minnie Van to the Grand Floridian Resort to see their Beautiful Christmas Tree and other decorations including the stunning Gingerbread House. We also stopped by the Enchanted Rose on the 2nd floor of the Grand Floridian which has some great specialty drinks and light snacks in a beautiful atmosphere. It was a bit crowded but still a nice additional plan for the night!🌹🍹🥀

Other than taking in the sites and smells, I only had a couple of “must do’s” and this was one of them!! I love this musical popcorn bucket!!😍🎄🎶🤩🥰

Day 1 of my “turning 60” Disney celebration started with a smooth flight and transfer from the airport to Disney’s Wilderness Lodge. I spent some time in EPCOT, rode a few rides and had a couple snacks from some Food and Wine Festival booths😋 Room was ready so headed back to my Resort. Received a surprise Welcome from a Donald. Then headed up to my room and started unpacking. Had a dining reservation at Whispering Canyon here at the resort. It was yummy and fun. Topped off a Wonderful first day watching Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party Fireworks from my room balcony. Another fun day planned for tomorrow so gotta get some rest!!🥰
