Y'all, I've been at Riu Aquarelle in Trelawny, Jamaica for 24 hours and have had the best time. There are 4 pools, wonderful food, tasty drinks and amazing staff. I will be back for sure. This resort opened in May and did everything right. The rooms are new and modernly decorated. I've stayed at Riu Resorts in Costa Rica, Morocco, and Mexico, but this one has beat them all. It is a great resort for families with a kids' club and activities. They also have adult only fun. Contact me for your spring break planning. I will definitely be back in 2025...booking Labor Day weekend before I leave.

This is ridiculous! I got my clients back on American on Sunday. There was a delay that had them miss a connection, but since they booked through a travel agent, I was able to secure travel agent, set-aside seats for them to get back on first flight the next day. They also got a hotel voucher and meal voucher within 15 minutes of arrival. Buttigieg is on Delta for how they are handling this FIVE DAYS LATER! This should also be why you should insure EVERY trip. These people will never get their money back for missed vacations.

We've been in Lima for 3.5 days. It feels like longer. We've done two guide led tours, explored on our own, went and bought more pants because I thought their 65° was like ours, learned about their African history, and now waiting on our flight to our next stop.

Overall, the people here are kind and patient. The food is good and cheap. H&M is cheap. Ubers are cheap. Met lots of cool people backpacking through South America.

I, also, want to point out a few things.

- The trip will be led by my partner, Rex Koranteng with Discover Ghana. I will not be traveling. He's taken care of my client AND ME before.
- At least $1000 per person of the booking will need to be made in cash (sent via Zelle, Venmo, Paypay Friends and Family or Cashapp) or money order made out to Ruby Heart Vacation for transportation and tours. The rest can be made by card, if desired.
- I am unable to hold dinner reservations until I get the final count. I will let you know the locations and cost at a later date (paid to restaurants, not me).
- The booking has trip protection included that allows you to cancel for ANY reason and get a full refund in the form of a travel credit less the cost of the travel protection.
- You'll need a passport that's valid for at least six months, a blank page for a stamp, and a tourist visa. Visas can take up to three weeks to arrive, but you can pay extra for expedited service.
- You'll need a yellow fever vaccination to enter Ghana, and your doctor can also recommend other vaccines and medications, such as malaria pills.
