As Kingdom Builders, we’re called to influence—to use our gifts, resources, and connections to advance His Kingdom, not build our own. But let’s be honest, the enemy loves to distract us with ego, ambition, and the pursuit of more.
Galatians 6:9 reminds us: Don’t grow weary in doing good... in due time, you will reap. Yet sometimes, before the harvest, God calls for a course correction.
Maybe today is a moment to pause and ask:
🔹 Where is God gently inviting me to realign with His purpose?
🔹 Am I truly seeking first His Kingdom in my leadership, business, or relationships?
🔹 What practical step can I take this week to surrender control and trust Him fully?
Stay the course. Keep God on the throne. Because when He leads, the impact lasts for eternity.

As Kingdom Builders, we dream big. We want to impact the world for Jesus, build businesses that make a difference, and see lives transformed. But here’s the truth—without the Holy Spirit, we will always fall short.
Acts 1:8 reminds us: You will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you... Even Jesus told His disciples to WAIT for the Holy Spirit before they started their mission. Why? Because He knew they needed something greater than their own wisdom and strength.
The same is true for us. The same Holy Spirit that empowered Jesus is ready to empower you—in your business, in your family, and in your calling.
🙏 Ask God today:
🔹 Where am I relying on my own strength instead of His power?
🔹 How can I invite the Holy Spirit into my leadership and decision-making?
Let’s not just build for God—let’s build with Him.

As Kingdom Builders, we’re called to lead, to build, and to make an impact. But without the right foundation, we risk running hard in the wrong direction.
Psalm 119:105 reminds us: “Your Word is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path.” Yet too many believers attempt to navigate life without the very thing that provides clear direction—the Word of God.
Here’s the truth:
🔹 The Word guides our leadership—in business, ministry, and family.
🔹 It reveals our motives—helping us lead with wisdom and integrity.
🔹 It keeps us on course—so we don’t build our kingdom instead of His.
If we want to lead well, we must love the Word. Not just as a concept, but as a daily practice. Because when we do, we don’t just grow as leaders—we transform into the kind of people God can use to change the world.

As Kingdom Builders, we’re driven to make an impact. We have strategies to reach the lost, build businesses, and expand the church. But sometimes, in the pursuit of doing great things for God, we forget to prioritize time with God.
📖 The blessing of the Lord makes one rich, and He adds no sorrow to it. (Proverbs 10:22)
If your schedule is overflowing, your mind is anxious, and your heart feels restless, maybe it’s time to realign. Seeking first the Kingdom of God doesn’t slow you down—it brings clarity, peace, and divine direction.

Anyone who has been a pastor for longer than a week has experienced the new believer who comes into the house, who is excited to give generously, but then because of those offerings, expects to have immediate influence in the church. This spirit of entitlement has no place in the covenant relationship between priest and king. Remember: God is your source! 🙏

Sustainable generosity is a way of doing things that permeates a church body. It’s not an event, and not necessarily need-driven. It’s generosity expressed throughout your congregation as a steady flow of giving, not compelled or coerced by the manipulation of a charismatic pastor, but simply out of a pure heart of compassion and thankfulness.
This culture cannot be achieved without the establishment of covenant partnerships between pastors and business leaders. 🙏

You are not helping His Cause if you are flaky, unorganized, poor stewards of personal or corporate income, always looking for the shortcut, and not holding true to your words or commitments. What does it say about our awesome Lord if we claim to be Christians but operate business-as-usual in a second-rate way?
Let’s run our businesses with such excellence and integrity that the world around us cannot help but stop and take notice. When we are honest in our dealings, excellent in our pursuits, and accountable to what we have been blessed to steward, we will automatically become representatives of our excellent Savior and God. 🙏

Lee Domingue is an entrepreneur, international speaker, pastor and author of Pearls Of The King, KB GAMEPLAN, and The Family Meeting Guide. Lee was co-Executive Producer of anti-trafficking motion picture, CAGED NO MORE, which released in 2015. In 2018, Lee founded m360, the first missions management solution for local churches and mission/outreach organizations that gives underwriting tools, accountability, transparency with real time reporting of outcomes.
And at age 43, Lee was the youngest person to be named Business Report / Junior Achievement "Businessperson of the Year." In 2014, Lee and his wife Laura received the "Community Leaders Of The Year" award from the Cenikor Foundation. Lee has served on various boards like A21 Campaign, Omni Bank and Promise Keepers.
