Tis the season to look forward to waking up to this scene. Perfect weather to relax with a mimosa or hot toddy in the hot tub. We still have several open dates in the coming months. Winter is a beautiful and serene time to visit.

A weekend trip to Altitude Adjustment, LLC Mountain Vacation Rental is not enough. We never did get that hike to the waterfall in, but we did spend some time at the local winery. They had a food truck, but guests are allowed to bring food. The live music was great and the wine was tasty.

The mountains are calling for you to take pickleball to new heights! 8 beautifully maintained courts, fresh mountain air, what more could you possibly need?

As I sit here waiting for my husband and boys who are running late from a hike, I thought I’d tell you all why I sit here alone with four drinks and four meals on the way. You see, this little hole in the wall…aptly named The Hole in the Wall is my husband’s favorite restaurant in Blairsville. They are only open for breakfast and lunch and they close at 3pm. It is now 2:28 and they hope to get here in the next 20 minutes. A trip to Blairsville would not be complete without dining here and my husband was not taking any chances. I had to drop what I was doing and secure a table and order before the kitchen closed. That right there is a 5 star recommendation for a restaurant in action. You might wonder what was ordered. Both hubs and oldest son wanted the blackened chicken, the youngest asked for the catfish platter, and I am having a pepper Jack burger.
