We took our cozy mountain home off the rental market for a month due to a large plumbing repair but are happy to announce that they finished early and - voila!- we now have some last minute availability for you. We rented a pontoon boat on Lake Wallenpaupack and had a blast today. Great way to spend an afternoon while staying at Green Elk Lodge!

Barley Creek Brewing Company’s Pint-Size Park is a great place to hang out when you stay at Green Elk Lodge. They have a huge patio with food trucks, fire places and plenty of seating plus a wiffle ball baseball field, pickle ball court, ping pong tables, corn hole, fussball, and many other outdoor games. Not to mention a full service restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating.

We finally had to time to check out this gem in Jim Thorpe. The Stabin Museum showcases the artwork of nationally famous local artist and illustrator Victor Stabin. Cafe Arielle is a major feature of the museum and is open for lunch and dinner and special events Thursdays through Sundays. Visitor’s Jazz Loft is also located here and hosts special events. Great place to visit when you stay at Green Elk Lodge!
