program. Eagle View Condo is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath, main level condo with amenities (golf, swimming, tennis). It is great for a weekend getaway or a longer vacation. There is a master bedroom, (king bed) and a master bathroom (tub/shower combo). There is a private entrance from this master bedroom to the deck overlooking the Lake. A second bedroom (2 singles) also has a bathroom (shower only, no tub). In the center of the condo is the living room with a sleeper sofa, dining room and open kitchen. There is a large TV for your enjoyment. Next door to the condo is Eagle Point Golf Course, an 18 hole professional course with pro shop, driving range, restaurant and bar. This is a 6,700 yard par 71 Championship golf course with 4 sets of tees, practice area and teaching pro. A short drive down the Road takes guests to Fairfax public beach and marina if you want to swim, rent a boat or put your own boat in Lake Monroe. Guests at Eagle View Condo are just 15 minutes SE of Bloomington, so whether you are taking in an IU game or visiting a student OR boating on Lake Monroe, this condo is convenient for your Lake Monroe vacation.
