Making a reappearance to the festivities of the Covered Bridge & Arts Festival this year will be a guided covered bridge bus tour leaving directly from the Festival on Saturday, October 5th!
The cost to attend the bus tour is $30 per person. ๐ง๐ถ๐ฐ๐ธ๐ฒ๐๐ ๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐ฏ๐๐ ๐๐ผ๐๐ฟ ๐บ๐ฎ๐ ๐ฏ๐ฒ ๐ฝ๐๐ฟ๐ฐ๐ต๐ฎ๐๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐ฏ๐ ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐น๐น๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐ฉ๐ถ๐๐ถ๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐ ๐๐๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ ๐ผ๐ณ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฒ ๐ฎ๐ ๐ฑ๐ณ๐ฌ-๐ณ๐ด๐ฐ-๐ด๐ฎ๐ณ๐ต. Limited seats will be available. Bridges visited will likely include: Rupert, Wanich, Shoemaker, Kramer, Patterson, East & West Paden Twins, Josiah Hess, and Stillwater. The bus will leave and return directly from the Fairgrounds with time to shop and walk around the event after the tour concludes. The tour is planned for 10 AM to approximately 1 PM.

The Bloomsburg Children's Museum turns 40 this year! You're invited to its birthday party this Saturday from 10 AM - 3 PM ๐๐ฅณ๐
The museum, started by a group of community members four decades ago, had more than 40,000 visitors last year and hopes to expand soon.

The 4th Annual Mifflinville Peach Festival is still happening this weekend, it's just moving to ๐ฆ๐๐ป๐ฑ๐ฎ๐ ๐ข๐ก๐๐ฌ from 10 AM - 6 PM in order to let the grounds dry out after the rain that's coming in tomorrow. Come make a "pit" stop at the festival and enjoy everything peach-related from your favorite vendors like OHF Orchards, Bissinger's Catering & Concessions, Inc., Glenda and Scott's Homemade Icecream and many more!

Hello FarmFest patrons. We are officially announcing that our event is being rescheduled to August 30 and 31, 2024 due to the projected path of Hurricane Debby. We promise you an amazing weekend of live music on two stages, fantastic food, and amazing vendors. While our lineup may change slightly, we promise it will be fantastic and may have a surprise or two in store for you! The historic Mooresburg One Room Schoolhouse will host an open house this Sunday, July 28 from 1 - 4 PM! The schoolhouse is set up with desks. chalkboards, books, pictures and a Beaver Stove Furnace. The Carriage House will also be open with a new display that includes a large school bell, a potters table, sheep shearing machine and much more. ๐ซ๐งโ๐ซ
The Schoolhouse sits in the village of Mooresburg on Liberty Valley Road, eight miles west of Danville. Members and children under 18 are free; $5 entry for non-members.

Joe will stop at the Jackson Mansion at 12 PM during his charity bike ride for Saint Josephโs Center in Scranton. A camera crew will be on site from 11 PM - 1 PM. The Berwick Historical Society will have the Ross & Boone Gift Shoppe and the David A. Sadock House open from 11 AM - 2 PM. The Sadock House will display Berwickโs Bike Races dating back to the 1900โs. There will be a 1 PM tour of the Jackson Mansion for purchase with the tour fees to be donated to Saint Josephโs Center. The Berwick Historical Society will be collecting donations for Saint Josephโs from now until the event - please reach out to them to donate. And the Berwick High School Band will be on the lawn to welcome Joe!
