- Single level living (2 master bedrooms (Kings), 1 game room/bunk room (Full futon), 1 cot.
- 3 full bathrooms (one with shower/tub combo, one spa-level). 2 private to a bedroom; bunk room shares with living room.

- Porch swing and multiple decks

- 135+ bear scavenger hunt
