ce to spread out. We supply dog amenities & sanitation for every stay. This log cabin and its modern amenities provide comfort and ease of vacationing. Walk to Benton MacKaye Trail.

- Bedroom 2: Custom walnut furniture, king bed and nightstands, black out cellular blinds, 32” Smart TV
- Kitchen: Stocked with cooking and dining essentials, island for prepping, and appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, crockpot, blender, ice maker, and toaster
- Dining: Dining table with seating for 6, coffee & tea bar (drip coffee maker, electric kettle, and coffee bean grinder), and cozy propane heater, dining mat and bowls for pups (beautiful space to work if needed - panoramic mountain view)
- Living: Microfiber sofa with pet cover, leather dual recliner loveseat, leather recliner chair, wood burning fireplace with stone surround (wood provided), leash hooks, 50” Smart TV

LOWER LEVEL / GAME ROOM
- Games: Foosball, dart board (kid safe), giant Connect Four, table top shuffleboard and curling 2-in-1 gameboard, books for adults, teens & children, puzzles, playing cards, board games
- 43” Smart TV
- Sleeping area in game room: 2 Twin beds, 1 Full-sized futon
- Bathroom 2: Tub/shower combo, hand-held shower head, step-stool for kids
- Laundry: Full-sized washer and dryer

OUTDOOR
- The Benton MacKaye hiking trail runs through the neighborhood, marked with white diamond blazes; great for people and pups!
- All spaces overlook Appalachian Mountain range and Blue Ridge Mountains with breathtaking mountain views
- Covered entry porch: Keypad entry, porch swing, rocking chairs, outdoor ceiling fans, firewood rack
- Deck 1: Picnic table, additional seating for lounging and dining
- Deck 2: Covered deck, seating for lounging and dining, hammock, dog hammock, water hydrant, hot tub with seating for 4
- Fire pit: Fire pit with Adirondack seating for 6, fully-fenced yard, water hydrant
- Driveway: Level, gravel, parking for 4 cars, charcoal grill
- Driving: 2 possible routes (i) an all-paved road or (ii) paved road, except for a ¼ mile packed-gravel
- There is very little development across the valley, providing unobstructed sunrise & sunset mountain views

(All of the fencing is reinforced with welded wire mesh, including under the stairs. But of course, be mindful if your pup is a little escape artist.)
