The cabin is “dressed” for fall! The temperatures have cooled, and the trees are starting to get ready for their annual show of colors! Local businesses are stocked with fall goodies and decorations! It is a great time to visit Blue Ridge!

First actual bear encounter at the cabin. We certainly didn't anticipate a bear stealing a piece of cake off the back porch. I'm so happy he stopped to pose for a pic! Otherwise, I probably would have gotten accused of eating it!
