Dear Clients/friends,
By now you may have received a letter from me, but in case you have not, I wanted to update you on some changes.
2019 marks two important milestones for me:
• 40 years in the travel business (there were not even computers when I started in 1979!)
• my 70th birthday in a couple weeks
As such, it gives one pause about many things, including how my remaining days, months and/or years will be spent. I have worked my whole life, and while I love my work more than should be allowed, and also have enjoyed the absolute best clients (who are also my friends) in the world, it is time for me to give more of myself to my family as well as to myself, and enjoy more travel and other favorite pastimes.
I now have five GREAT-grandsons, whom I need to spend time with as they will grow up way too fast. I have a big travel bucket list (surprise, surprise!) and will now get to read books, play golf, go fishing more in Alaska - and well, just do what I want to do that my time these past few years has not allowed.
To ensure that you are more than just well-taken-care-of, I have transferred my business to another very highly regarded Cruise Planners franchise owner, Mr Michael Consoli of Roswell, Georgia. Michael is consistently THE top producer for the Cruise Planners system, which is no small feat. This is due to his expertise, professionalism, attention to detail and many years of travel experience all around the world. He receives numerous awards and accolades from clients as well as vendors. This change becomes effective on October 1, 2019.
Together, Michael and I promise you a seamless transition of your existing reservations as he will have access to the details of bookings that are currently in place. The only thing you will need to provide Michael with will be your credit card details as that is information that will not be shared or available except from you. Michael is available to you at anytime, and will stand ready to assist you with your new bookings as well. I would not be making this change if I were not 200% confident in Michael's ability to take excellent care of you!
While I know that there will be some disappointment to hear this news, I also know that each of you will wish me the very best. I know also that you can be very confident and comfortable in moving forward with Michael as your professional travel agent.

But almost everyone has helped me build my business to a level that I never could have imagined a few years ago. Through your referrals and taking friends, family and/or neighbors on trips with you, you have built our travel family tree to an incredible size. I am forever grateful to you on so many levels.
