Incredibly thankful for the firemen who spent multiple days fighting this fire. The rains finally came and helped to put out the last of the embers. The tinys are safe, so come see us!

Come check out our newest amenity on the Ranch, a 9-hole Disc Golf Course! Our Guests get to play the course as many times as they’d like for free during their stay. This unique course offers lots of fun challenges for both adults and kids!

Meet our 4 new pygmy goats: Harriet, Ellie, Doogie, and Reba. They’re still a bit scared of strangers, but they’re getting more and more tame each day. They love Ritz crackers! When you come out to visit the Retreat, be sure to come watch the goats play king-of-the-mountain. They’re hilarious!

We’ve been silent on the ol’ social media wires for quite awhile. It’s been a long road as we’ve been working on the Rural Development Permit for the past 20 months to expand the Retreat. We have finally received official approval from Erath County to expand the Retreat!

We have lots of exciting things going on, and we’ll share more info in the coming days/weeks.
