February 22, at the historic Heyward House, May River Montessori is thrilled to present a spectacular event that will have you singing along, smiling, and feeling the love: "Broadway to Bluffton: A Disney Cabaret"
We are honored to showcase the incredible talent of Broadway stars and Bluffton locals Meredith Ingelsby and Steve Blanchard as they enchant us with family-friendly cabaret performances featuring beloved Broadway and Disney hits.
This event is about more than music and magic—it’s about supporting the mission of May River Montessori to cultivate creativity, compassion, and a love of the arts in our students and the community. In October of 2024, the Historic Bluffton Foundation hosted, A Gullah Spirituals Concert celebrating the life and music of Luke Peeples and Bluffton history. In partnership with Campbell Chapel AME Church, family members and Blufftonians were able to celebrate their ties to the Gullah Heritage and our ancestors. The blended choir from Bluffton, Beaufort, and Savannah were lead by the dazzling Dr. Marlena Smalls and filled the halls of Campbell Chapel with soulful, heartfelt and moving voices joining together.
