Optum Mailaway is horrible.
You speak to someone who is reading from a script, does not answer questions and keeps you on phone.
I am all for people working but if they do not speak and understand English they should not be answering customer service calls.
To get a U.S. person you have to go through all the auto questions to finally get to a person and then have to wait another 10 to 15 minutes to get a US rep. This needs to be changed.

Wonderful restaurant in Estero/ Bonita Springs. Like stepping back into 1920s with tin ceilings and that decor.
Spaghetti carbonara, the best I ever had and the staff including the Manager were very friendly

Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort Bonita Springs. Beautifully renovated since Hurricane Ian. Lazy River will be completed July 1. Great resort for families and friends and couples. Call me and let’s get that family reunion to happen .Lots to do, mini golf, great spa, slides and fun for the whole family🏝🏝🏝

Holland America Eurodam food is very good in main dining room and desserts too. Nice restaurant options and decor.

Thank you Holland America Eurodam for the opportunity to experience this ship. Clean rooms, wonderful food in the MDR, and roomy verandas. Dueling piano were good and remember them from Rotterdam.
Call me to take a relaxing vacation on one of the Holland ships!
