Had the best time catching up with my dear friend Breann last night at Bluefin Sushi in Parkland! 🍣✨ We sat outside and soaked in the beautiful weather while enjoying great conversation and delicious sushi. The service was amazing too! 👏 It’s wild how time flies — the last time we saw each other was in October! 😲 Life gets so busy, but moments like these remind me how important it is to make time for the people who matter. 🎁 So thankful for nights like this! 💖

📚 Just started reading Building a Non-Anxious Life by Dr. John Delony, and I’m already hooked! I’ve been a listener of the Dr. John Delony Show since 2021, and if you haven’t checked it out, I highly recommend it. He covers a wide range of real-life topics and issues that people across the country are facing, with millions of subscribers calling in to share their stories. It’s raw, authentic, and incredibly insightful.

One tip from his book that really stood out to me and I wanted to share: Instead of reaching for that morning cup of coffee right away, try waiting 90 minutes, drink a glass of water, and take a walk outside. 🌿🌞 Dr. Delony explains that many people think they need coffee to function, but it’s all in your mind. Starting your day with fresh air and hydration can do wonders for your brain and set a calm, positive tone for the day ahead. I’ve started doing this, and I have to say—I feel great! 💧🚶‍♀️

Highly recommend this book if you’re looking to create a calmer, more centered life. 🌱

Just had the most amazing grilled octopus salad at Rafina Greek Taverna in Boca Raton, and it was absolutely incredible! The octopus was perfectly grilled—tender, flavorful, and paired with fresh, vibrant ingredients that made every bite a delight.

Sitting outside in the refreshing 55-degree weather made the experience even better. The atmosphere at Rafina is so inviting, and their outdoor dining area is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy authentic Greek flavors. If you’re looking for an unforgettable dining experience, you have to check this place out!

Chicago truly is a one-of-a-kind city. 🌆 It’s easy to form opinions about a place based on what you hear from others or see in the media, but there’s so much more beneath the surface. To truly understand a city, you have to immerse yourself in its culture and keep an open mind.

I’ll admit, I was hesitant to visit Chicago because of what I had read and seen on the news. But stepping outside of my comfort zone turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve made. From indulging in incredible food 🍕🌭 to exploring the rich history 📜 and meeting the warm, friendly people of the Midwest, I had an unforgettable experience.

Don’t let fear or preconceived notions hold you back. Sometimes, the greatest adventures come from the places you least expect. Chicago, you surprised me in the best way possible! ❤️

Had the best time at the LCR Palm Beach Ugly Sweater Party in downtown West Palm! It was so great catching up with so many friends and seeing all the fun (and ridiculous) sweater designs everyone came up with.

We even did a Secret Santa gift exchange, which was such a fun way to share some holiday cheer. Nights like these remind me how lucky I am to be surrounded by such an amazing group of people.

Just checked out of the W Hotel on the ocean in Fort Lauderdale—what an amazing experience! This was my Uncle Frank’s favorite place to stay, and now I see why. The views are breathtaking, the service is top-notch, and the vibe is so refreshing. It’s truly a little slice of paradise!

We spent some time exploring nearby spots like Brew Urban Cafe for amazing coffee and Hugh Taylor Birch State Park, a hidden gem for a peaceful walk in nature. There’s something for everyone here, whether you’re into relaxing by the beach, strolling along Las Olas Boulevard, or just soaking in the Florida sunshine.

This is the perfect getaway if you’re coming from somewhere cold and need a reason to pack your bags for a warm escape. Whether it’s a weekend or just a night, it’s a little luxury that feels so worth it.

Henry surprised me with this stay, and I couldn’t be more grateful—feeling so blessed. ❤️

What an incredible day of learning and growth! I had the pleasure of attending an all-day real estate training with the amazing Jeff Glover at Clive Daniel Home in East Boca. The knowledge shared was truly invaluable — from insightful strategies to grow our businesses, to navigating the current market trends, and diving deep into the National Association of Realtors’ big lawsuit.

Jeff’s passion and expertise are so inspiring, and it’s a powerful reminder of how important it is to continuously invest in yourself. If you’re not learning, you’re not growing! Surround yourself with those who are excelling, attend trainings, and always stay ahead of the market.

I’m feeling so grateful and blessed to help another seller with their home journey! 💛 This story is a testament to how powerful relationships, persistence, and follow-up are in business—and in life.

In 2021, when I first got my real estate license, I had no idea how many incredible connections I would make. Life took me on an unexpected journey, traveling with the founder of Ketel One and Van Gogh Vodka while developing STEM programs for kids. During that time, my real estate license was in referral status, and I even connected with my next-door neighbors, who wanted to purchase a home but didn’t quite qualify at the time.

Fast forward to last October—I was reconnecting with everyone in my database when I reached out to a lender I had worked with in the past. We had an inspiring conversation about her life, her love of writing, and her goal to publish a book (perfect timing since I own a publishing company!).

Then in May, fate took over! She mentioned her second home in West Boca, in the same 55+ community where I had just taken a listing. Not only that, but her home was right across the street from mine! It felt meant to be. After a few conversations, she trusted me to help her sell her home.

D.C. has truly stolen my heart after this third trip! It’s a city that’s hard to put into words unless you’ve experienced it yourself. From its charming vibe and rich history to incredible restaurants and endless activities, there’s something for everyone here. If you love staying active and healthy, D.C. is perfect with its vibrant fitness scene. And for those passionate about politics, you’ll definitely find your community here—it’s a young, dynamic town full of energy!

I can’t wait to return for the inauguration with my boyfriend and his mom, and then again two weeks later for Valentine’s Day!
