We are a property management company on the coast that has been in business for almost 30 years. We are currently looking for a handy person/general laborer. Schedule is Monday, Wednesday, & Friday starting at 9:30am and would include the following responsibilities:

Maintenance of properties: small plumbing issues, painting, minor repairs
Bringing trash back to the office dumpster from homes after checkout
Other small maintenance and cleanup jobs expected from a maintenance tech/handy person.

**Need valid drivers license and a pickup truck. No Exceptions.**

Pay: $19 - $23.00 DOE Plus Fuel Reimbursement
