Any of our neighbors lose their chicken? The renters woke up with a new feathered friend in the backyard, so if it's yours, please contact me, and we'll see if she's a match!

Happy to report from the tenants…Chicken little found her way home! She also left her portion of the rent! A single fresh laid egg! Jackpot!!! 🥚!!!

Our Story

We did a trade for this house the summer our oldest son was getting ready to go to BSU! It was a great location only about 1 1/2 miles to BSU and close to the airport and downtown too. We started out with a pretty rough house, but through the years and in between renters, we've updated just about everything in the entire house, this last reno in the fall/winter of 16 we added solar hot water, a new gas high efficiency furnace and AC, gutted and remodeled both bathrooms and kitchen and installed high end efficient appliances, installed all new exterior doors and put a slider in the dining room and decorated in the century it was built in, mid century modern! We will continue to make it even better when we tackle the backyard fencing re-do this spring or summer! Well, we did it! We actually installed the new fence and it looks marvelous, we also installed a putting green and have all the equipment to play, or you can bring your own. We also planted hedges, that will soon (so says the nursery) have a privacy hedge, to help block some of the noise and neighbors. We hope you enjoy your stay!
