Where people and businesses go to grow. This project will be a local, small business focused, mixed use commercial development with a community focus.

“The Yard” is a passion project that comes from a great love for the place we grew up in, more specifically the Central Bench of Boise. We feel that this new addition will provide a local hub and a greater sense of community on the bench. It is our goal that this project be as sustainably focused as possible with focuses on pedestrian and bicycle traffic as well as renewable energy sources. We als

o plan to partner with our community in as many ways as possible to help support and grow those around us. Our hope that this project will be something our community is excited to experience and share.
