🏡Hey there! I'm Josh and I help travel enthusiasts to love where they live and experience it like they would a place they travel. I have a passion for working with first time home buyers, people new to the area, teachers and veterans all over the Treasure Valley who desire unfiltered, honest communication to plan their ideal living situation and lifestyle. I believe this process is personal to each person and am prepared to scour the edges of the map to find the right abode for YOU!
As a Navy veteran myself, I have moved over 2 dozen times in my life and know the stresses and excitement of moving. I've been a Realtor for 6 years and served over 100 families to date. The best praise I've ever received from a client was: "Josh has worked with several of our family members and came highly recommended. When I first called and got his voicemail, it sounded like I had reached a self-help speaker instead of a real estate agent.
