No matter the focus of your trip, you'll appreciate our great location to the outdoors, Northern Virginia's Wine Country, History - or better, all of the above! Guests will have private and exclusive access to everything described in the listing. The main house is occupied but entry to your private access will not be requested unless it is an emergent situation. We love providing our guests with a
wonderful experience and are accessible if you have any questions! We ask that you treat our home with respect and leave it as you found it. If you have special requests or questions, don't hesitate to ask and we will accommodate as we are able. We offer 1 parking space for guests. Accommodations may be available upon request pending approval. Parking is off street in front of the house. Please pull in as if you were parallel parking off the street at the front of our house. You will enter through a tool/workspace of the homeowners with keypad entry into a clean, laundry area where you can leave your shoes in a temp controlled space. The entertainment area is filed with board games, a dart board, and a large sectional sofa for lounging and binge watching TV. Our TV offerings include streaming subscriptions over WiFi, there is also a DVD player attached for use if you go to the local Redbox! The bedroom has a comfortable queen bedroom set for use throughout your stay.

This space is not fully equipped with a kitchen but does offer a convenience space with a large mini fridge, microwave, toaster, and coffee pot. Enjoy take out or simple meals at the modern dining table that seats four. Dinnerware, silverware and drinkware are provided. Please note, this space does not have a full kitchen or dishwasher space so we will gladly take your dirty dishes each day to clean and return to your space! The cozy bathroom has a spacious full size standing shower stocked with plenty of towels. Outdoors there is a large yard behind the private entrance where you can relax or sit in the sun. There is a trail to the left of the backyard which connects to the Appalachian and other nearby attractions. Unfortunately, physical disability access is limited, please reach out with any inquiries.
