The condo is 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. It is on the 3rd tee box and has a beautiful view. We are in the second floor with wonderful high ceilings.
It is located in Worthington Country Club only 1 mile to Publix and 7 miles to the beach. 1.3 miles to get I to I-75.
Stainless steel appliances in Kitchen. Located right across from neighborhood pool, tennis and grill.
Community has larger pool, hot tub, cabana grill with wait staff, full golf for a fee and many activities offered to you!
Washer and dryer in unit. Electric, water, internet and satellite TV included.
Cost is $4,000 a month for January 2022-April 2022. We can accept a minimum rental of 30 days with no pets or smoking.
