What an exhausting and emotional 8 weeks it has been down here in SWFL. 😩 BUT the sun is shining!

We have finally made it down to Little Hickory Cottage. 🏡
We are both pretty speechless on how hard our cute neighborhood got hit. 😞
Many people have been asking what they can do to help. ❤️
These are 2 places that are set up in the American Legion parking down the street from us.
They are providing food, water, and supplies to residents.

Greetings Little Hickory Cottage Friends! 🙂
We wanted to give you an update on the condition of our cottage. 🏡
We took in water from the storm surge. 🌀🌊
About 2-3 feet in certain areas of the home.
Nothing too serious, but it will take a bit of time to get it all put back together. 🛠🪚
It is with great hope that we are ready by Christmas (hopefully sooner). That is factoring in the wait time for materials and labor.

We might not be ready to host anyone just yet, but our neighbors down the street are! 🙌🏻
