It is with heavy hearts that we bid farewell to a dear friend, Brian O'Donovan. The host of GBH’s “A Celtic Sojourn” and “A Celtic Sojourn, Live,” Brian's love for music and his boundless generosity touched the lives of many, leaving an indelible mark on our hearts.

As the leader of our recent trips to Scotland and Ireland, he brought a unique blend of passion and warmth that made every moment with him memorable. Though his health kept him from joining us overseas, his spirit and love for the music and culture he adored shone brightly.

His impact on the Celtic music scene was immeasurable, but he was so much more than music. His kind words, eagerness to help others, and profound respect for all will always be remembered. He built an incredible community around him, and we were fortunate to be a part of it.

Brian will be profoundly missed, but his legacy lives on in the hearts of those he touched.
