1 - BWG Scholarships help fund and support Outdoor and EMS Professionals and Veterans or Organizations or Clubs who need assistance for Program Support. Future goals for scholarships are to support high school graduates seeking financial assistance for degr

2 - Badger Base Camp is a proposed LLC to be sheltered under the NPO umbrella of BWG. This will be a literal base camp for BWG activities, as well as for other organizations sharing in its partnership or by lease of space. The property itself will be a destination and experiential learning center and bunkhouse on a waterfront property in location to be voted on by Contributors. Long term plans are to create satellite locations or collaborate with pre-existing locations in the Northern Rockies, Northern California and The Caribbean. (BadgerBaseCamp.com)
3 - BWG Veteran Programs are intended to support individuals, teams and organizations that train or serve veterans and service persons. These include general wellness programs, women'sสผ only retreats, staff training and consultation as well as or Veteran Flagship Program Frozen Chozen Winter eXcursions FrozenChozen.Org. Once a basic winter camping retreat, it has expanded to a seasonal program that includes but is not limited to Adaptive Mountaineering, TBI/ PTS specialty outings, as well as Veteran Family Dog Sledding, Winter Bushcraft and Backcountry Camping Weekends.
4 - Climb4Cindy (C4C) is BWG Organizational fundraising initiative to support and bring awareness to the autoimmune disease Lupus. Team Cindy was started 10 years ago to walk and to raise money for research for The Alliance For Lupus Research and is named for Director Dan Badgerสผs Wife, Cindy Badger. The 2016 Kick-Off event is a Battle of The Bands called Suck-It-Lupus SuckItLupus.Org to be held in March 2016. We will embark on a mountaineering expedition to raise awareness for The ALR the following October in concert with the flagship walk in NYC on the third saturday of October. 5 - BWG Stewardship Programs Badger Wilderness Guides Environmental Stewardship Initiatives are intended to encourage volunteerism and community action through family friendly River or Trail Clean Up Outings and Community Supported Programs. In addition, BWG develops Leave No Trace Educators to carry on programs through periodic workshops and community support. All initiatives are developed and executed in concert with local communities as well as various environmental advocacy groups. Once cultivated, programs are gifted to its local community or established groups for them to carry on their สปself authored missionสผ.
6 - BWG SAR Search and Rescue Team made up of Guides, EMS, law enforcement and fire professionals. Our SAR Team is a regional volunteer member for FEMA Disaster Response and MASAR and will compete in national events to sharpen skills and develop team chemistry.
