No lift lines, no avalanche risks – just skiing bliss.

The Telluride Nordic Club is offering its annual Learn to Ski clinics in Telluride Town Park this week.

A learn to classic-ski clinic takes place Mondays through the end of the month, and a beginner skate-sking clinic will take place Tuesdays. Both clinics go from 12-1 p.m. The cost for each course is $125 (gear rental is $25 extra). Visit TellurideNordic.com to learn more, or drop by the Telluride Nordic Center, located in the Town Park Pavilion that houses Hanley Ice Rink.

Good news for night owls: the gondola is now operating until 2 a.m. every Friday and Saturday through the end of ski season (April 6, 2024)! It will also run until 2 a.m. on Sunday, December 31 for New Year's Eve revelry.

Up, up and away!
We're so looking forward to welcoming back the 38th annual Telluride Balloon Festival from June 3-5. Lift-off happens early (just after 6 am) on both Saturday and Sunday, and then check out the balloon glow on Main Street on Saturday night. It's going to be a colorful weekend so make sure to bring your cameras, kids, and of course your smiles!
