The Holidays are super fun, we know I love my chocolate and in the spirit of I thought I'd help you all out with some tips to enjoy but beat the sugar crash.

Here are my favorite tips to stay balanced while savoring the season:
🥗 Eat Your Veggies First: Start with fiber-rich foods like a small salad or raw veggies to keep blood sugar steady.
🍎 Add a Spoonful of Vinegar: A splash of ACV in water before meals works wonders for sugar absorption.
🚶‍♀️ Take a Walk: Just 10-15 minutes after dessert can do wonders for your blood sugar!
🧀 Pair Treats with Protein or Fat: Cookies + almonds = holiday harmony.
🍋 Drink Lemon Water: Hydrate and stabilize with a zesty twist.
✨ Sprinkle Cinnamon Everywhere: Coffee, oats, or sweet potatoes – it’s your holiday magic dust!

There’s an undeniable magic in Canyonlands and Moab that calls to the deepest parts of us. This land, with its sweeping red rock vistas and whispering winds, is more than just a place—it’s a portal to the sacred. For centuries, the Ute, Paiute, and Navajo peoples have walked these trails, honoring the land as a spiritual center. Their ancient petroglyphs, etched into the canyon walls, speak of life, creation, and connection to the universe.

As women, we come to this place not just for adventure, but for transformation. The silence of the desert, the power of the towering rock formations, and the meeting of the Colorado and Green Rivers offer a space for reflection, healing, and growth. We love a good cold plunge! Especially when surrounded by Mother Nature at 13,000 ft up in the mountains.

Why? In addition toaking you feel totally invigorated it offers several physical and mental health benefits, including:

1. Improved Circulation:
Cold water immersion stimulates blood flow as the body directs blood to vital organs. Over time, this may improve overall circulation.

2. Reduced Inflammation and Muscle Soreness:
Cold exposure can decrease inflammation, helping to alleviate muscle soreness and accelerate recovery after exercise.

3. Enhanced Immune Function:
Regular cold plunges may boost immune function by increasing the production of white blood cells and improving the body’s resilience against infections.
