We are looking for a team of 10-15 people who want to enjoy the beautiful Bear Lake for the summer. We have housing for 7 employees that will be available to rent at an affordable price. You'll work hard during the day, but have plenty of time to relax, enjoy the lake, the mountains and delicious raspberry shakes! Our goal is to help you have the best summer yet, and make GREAT money while you're at it!

If hired, you will have the option to live at our home in Bear Lake. It is a recently remodeled 3 bedroom home that is right on the lake. It is a nice home & will be the perfect place to hang out at the beach after work every day.

Let’s Get Away Properties is looking for motivated house cleaning professionals who are excited to earn $20-30 per hour and help our customers enjoy a perfect vacation in Bear Lake. We are looking for FULL-TIME and PART-TIME employees. Let's Get Away Properties is a family-run property management company based in Bear Lake. We have grown exponentially over the last years, and are looking to hire some driven, detail-oriented and hard working students to help us this summer. We manage and clean for many short-term rental properties located in Bear Lake. When renters book a vacation, we need someone to go in after them and prepare the home for the next guest.

As a professional cleaner, you will travel to our rental properties individually and/or in teams to perform routine residential cleaning tasks. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes paid training, cleaning supplies and equipment. Another huge perk is that almost all of the cleaning is done between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm. This lets you sleep in just a little every day, and also lets you be home soon enough to enjoy the summer evening with friends! Our priority is to work around your schedule, and we do our best to maintain flexible hours for all employees.

Qualities we are looking for
Someone who IS NOT AFRAID to get his or her hands dirty – Let’s face it, this is a cleaning job. You’re likely to encounter some yucky stuff from time-to-time. But don’t worry, we’ll provide you with all the tools necessary to take care of the yuck.

Someone who has a SMART PHONE – Our smartphone app allows you to see appointments, get directions to the home, and manage your schedule.

Someone who is CUSTOMER FOCUSED – Our customers are families who have paid large amounts of money for the perfect summer vacation. It is our job to make sure that they arrive in a home that is perfectly clean so that they can enjoy every aspect of their vacation together!

Someone who is DEPENDABLE – When we promise to be at customers’ homes, we don’t mess around. You’ll need a dependable car AND a valid driver's license to get to our customers’ homes. Being on time every time is a hallmark of trust and respect.

Someone who is ENERGETIC – This is a fast-paced, physically and mentally challenging job! You’ll be doing a lot of bending, stooping, kneeling, and walking. You should be able to lift up to 20 pounds without assistance. If you get breathless walking up and down stairs you might consider a gym or another occupation.

Someone who is DETAIL ORIENTED – Have you ever stayed in a 5 star hotel? If not, can you imagine what it would be like? We strive to clean to the standard of excellence found in the most expensive hotels around the nation. We expect our professional cleaners to notice every detail to ensure customer satisfaction. If you can’t see cobwebs and dust you’re probably not looking close enough or need glasses.

Requirements
*Be at least 18 years of age
*We operate 7 days a week, but we will be flexible with your schedule. Almost all cleaning is done between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm
*Have dependable transportation
*Have a valid Driver's License
