I was finally able to check out the newest restaurant in town this morning, the COUNTRY SKILLET CAFE . Food was amazing (you've got to grab a piece of their French Silk Pie on the way out, best I've EVER had), and the staff are super-friendly. What a great addition to Bourbon.

I plan to head there next week to check out this Riverboat cruise! Meramec Caverns is just a short drive from the cabin and offers so many things to do. Like cave tours, panning for gold, floating, and river tours.
