As I sit at home after an amazing week at Walt Disney World and on the Disney Wish, I’m definitely feeling those Disney blues. 💙✨ It was the perfect escape from everyday life—full of magic, adventure, and unforgettable moments.

It’s always hard to say goodbye to the pixie dust and sea breezes, but I’m holding on to all the wonderful memories and magical moments we had. 🏰🚢

✨🚢 As we wrap up our week aboard the Disney Wish, I wanted to show you our stunning verandah stateroom!

🏃‍♀️🌴 We Did It! The Castaway Cay 5K 🌴🏃‍♂️

Today, Cameron and I completed the Castaway Cay 5K on Disney’s private island! 🌞🏅 This race is such a fun way to explore the beautiful island and stay active while cruising. Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just looking to stroll through paradise, it’s a great family-friendly activity.

The best part? Crossing the finish line with my son and soaking in the gorgeous ocean views. 🏖️ If you’re heading on a Disney cruise, make sure to pack those running shoes—you won’t want to miss this unique experience!

🌴✨ Surprise! We are BACK at Castaway Cay today!

Hurricane Milton closed Port Canaveral for a few days and lots of ships weren’t able to port to disembark. Scheduled to disembark on Friday, the Disney Wish was one of those ships that had to be rescheduled.

We’ve been floating near Nassau and Freeport for a few days just waiting for our turn to finally port back in Florida when the captain surprised us with an extra visit to Castaway Cay! The kids were jumping up and down with excitement!!!

As much as I try to pack smart for cruises, there’s always that moment when you realize… laundry is a must! On this Disney Wish cruise, I found myself in that boat (pun intended 😉). Especially after Hurricane Milton added 2 nights to our cruise!

Luckily, the ship has self-service laundry rooms that are super easy to use! Just swipe your Key to the World card, and you can purchase detergent right there.

🏴‍☠️🌊 Ahoy, mateys! Pirate Night aboard the Disney Wish was a swashbuckling adventure! ⚓️💥 From the pirate-themed deck party to the fireworks at sea, it was a night filled with excitement and high seas fun. 🎇

We got into the spirit with our pirate gear, enjoyed the festive atmosphere, and even indulged in some pirate-themed treats. 🍖🍹 My favorite part was all the Pirate themed music they played throughout the ship - it really put us in the mood! The kids had a blast, and the whole ship felt like it was transported into a pirate’s world!

❄️🍽️ Last night’s dinner aboard the Disney Wish was an enchanting dinner at Arendelle: A Frozen Dining Adventure! ✨ The atmosphere was pure magic, with live music, character appearances, and delicious Norwegian-inspired dishes that made it a night to remember. 🎶🧊

The kids were captivated by the show as we dined. 🌟 If you’re a Frozen fan, this dining experience is an absolute must!

As Travel Agents, we travel and experience all the things first hand so we can help you better when things arise. I never thought this vacation would turn into what it has!

We are currently on a 4-Night Sailing on the Disney Wish and were originally set to disembark on Friday. Port Canaveral closed Wednesday & Thursday due to Hurricane Milton. As a result, many ships are behind schedule on disembarking.

We were told last night that our disembarkation was rescheduled for Sunday. So, here we are with at least 2 more nights on the Disney Wish. While we have mixed feelings about continuing to enjoy vacation while others lives are forever changed, we’re trying to count our blessings and make the most of the blessing of family time.

We have just about checked off everything we prioritized before sailing and now are blessed with lots of time to experience so much more! What are your must do’s on the Disney Wish or on a Disney Cruise?

One of the most magical experiences on the Disney Wish is the Royal Gathering! ✨

Izzie and I had a quick line, then got to see five of our favorite Disney Princesses all in one place, ready to meet and greet with smiles and stories. They were all so kind and took their time talking with her and making us both feel so special.

The best part? This is free! As your Travel Agent, I can pre-book this reservation for you before your cruise and you can just show up at your designated time and enjoy!

Whether you’re traveling with little ones or just a Disney fan at heart (like me!), this is a memory you won’t want to miss. 🌊👑

✨ Eric and I enjoyed a wonderful date night last night at Palo Steakhouse aboard the Disney Wish while the kids had their own fun at the Oceaneer's Club! 🍽️🥩 The atmosphere was elegant, the food was exceptional, and the quiet time together was just what we needed.

From the perfectly cooked wagyu steak to the delicious desserts, everything was absolutely top-notch. It was my first time trying Wagyu Steak and it practically melted in my mouth! It was the perfect way to spend a relaxing evening while the kids were off on their own adventure. 🌟

If you’re sailing on the Disney Wish, Palo Steakhouse is a must for a special night out! 💫

🌴✨ It was so wonderful to be back at Castaway Cay! 🏝️ So unbelievably thankful the weather cooperated and gave us such a beautiful day!

This time, we rented bikes and explored the island, and spent hours just relaxing in the crystal-clear ocean. 🚴‍♂️🌊

It’s always a bit hard to leave paradise, but knowing we were heading back to the Disney Wish made it a little easier! 🛳️💫

🍽️✨ Dinner at Worlds of Marvel on the Disney Wish last night was an epic experience! 🌟🦸‍♂️ From the moment we walked in, we were immersed in the action-packed world of our favorite superheroes.

The themed dining was out of this world—delicious food and thrilling interactive elements made the evening unforgettable. 🍴Our kids absolutely loved getting to press the button on the Quantum Core when Ant Man told us to during the show! It felt like we were all in the Marvel universe and a part of the action.

🎃👻 Halloween Night on the Disney Wish was a spooktacular blast! 🛳️✨ From hauntingly beautiful decorations to thrilling Halloween-themed activities, the ship was decked out in its best spooky style. 🕸️🎉

We enjoyed costume parties, eerie entertainment, and a boatload of treats—Disney does Halloween like no one else! 🍬🕷️ It’s the perfect blend of Disney magic and Halloween fun, making for an unforgettable evening!

🌴🚢 Instead of heading into Nassau today, we decided to stay aboard the Disney Wish and soak up all the ship has to offer! 🌟

We enjoyed shorter lines for meeting characters, had a blast riding the Aquamouse with minimal wait, and relished having the pool almost to ourselves! 💦😎 Plus, we had a fantastic time exploring the ship and playing Disney’s Uncharted Adventure Interactive Game (more to come on that soon!) 🗺️🎮

🍽️✨ Our first night aboard the Disney Wish last night started with an unforgettable dinner at 1923! 🎉 The elegant ambiance, inspired by the Golden Age of Hollywood, set the perfect scene for a magical meal. 🌟🍷

From the delectable appetizers to the exquisite main courses, every dish was a culinary delight. We enjoyed fantastic service and a dining experience that truly set the tone for the rest of our cruise. 🌊💫

My favorite thing I ate tonight was the the 1923 Peppered Filet Mignon and the Dauphinoise Potatoes.

🚢✨ Today we set sail on the beautiful Disney Wish with the most magical Sail Away Party! 🎉 There’s nothing like the music, characters, and dancing as we left the port and kicked off our adventure at sea! Due to the rain, ours moved indoors, but it was still just as fun!🛳️💫

Watching the Disney Wish glide into the horizon while the party is in full swing is such an unforgettable moment. 🌊 From here, it’s all about fun, relaxation, and making magical memories!

🚢✨ Did you know Disney Cruise Line offers seamless transportation to and from the port? Whether you’re staying at a Disney Resort or flying into Orlando, Disney’s transfers make your trip stress-free and magical from the moment you land! 🚌💫

We added this as an upgrade option for our cruise and it made things so easy! Bell services picked up our bags right from our room this morning and transported them to the ship for us so that we don’t have to lift a finger!

Then we went and had breakfast and enjoyed some of the hotel's amenities before being picked up right at the resort this morning.

Eric and I got a much needed nap and the kids enjoyed watching Disney cartoons on the ride over. When they told us to just sit back, relax, and let the magic begin - they weren’t kidding! 🎉

🎶✨ We were able to take a ride on the brand new Tiana’s Bayou Adventure and it was AMAZING! 🌿🐸 From the music to the stunning details, it truly feels like stepping right into The Princess and the Frog! 💚

The whole experience is so immersive—there’s something special around every corner. And the best part? The ride is really long! So you have plenty of time to enjoy it!

☔ Let’s talk rain at Disney. ☔️

Rain is bound to happen in Florida. Sometimes it’s a little afternoon shower and sometimes it’s an all day thing. But don’t let it stop your fun! With the right mindset these rainy days are sometimes the best days with low crowds!

We’ve honestly had the best day, even though it’s been a little soggy! We’ve been able to snag some hard to get lightning lanes, waited in lots of short lines, and just have had a magical day!

🎟️✨ Park Hopper tickets are a game-changer when you only have a few days at Disney! 🌟 We started our day by rope-dropping Animal Kingdom, then hopped over to Hollywood Studios to use our pre-booked Lightning Lanes, and wrapped up the night with the magical Happily Ever After fireworks at Magic Kingdom. 🎆🏰

With Park Hopper, we made the most of our day and experienced the best of three parks—all in one incredible adventure! If you’re short on time, this is the perfect way to pack in the magic. 💫

🌟✨ We’ve spent the day trying out the new Lightning Lane system at Walt Disney World, and let me tell you... I absolutely love it! ⚡🎢

I felt like it was so much easier to use than its predecessor, Genie+. Having the ability to hold three Lightning Lanes made such a difference in our day!

As a Disney Resort guest, seven whole days in advance of our trip, we were able to prebook 3 Multipass Lightning Lanes and up to 2 Single Pass Lightning Lanes for EACH day. So, we walked into our day today with 5 return times for some of the best rides!

Then, every time we used one of Multi Pass Lightning Lanes, we could book another one - even in another park! It was great!

So far today, we used LL passes for Avatar Flight of Passage, Toy Story Mania. Tower of Terror. Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway, Rise of the Resistance, and Slinky Dog. And we still have 3 booked at Magic Kingdom for after the Fireworks!

Pro tip: Prioritize the must-do attractions for your family and fill your time in between LLs with shows, shopping, meals, and rides that generally have shorter waits. Need help deciding? That’s where I come in! 🏰💫

🐾 The magic of rope-dropping Animal Kingdom! We hit the ground running and by 9:00 AM we had already conquered Dinosaur, Triceratop Spin, Expedition Everest, Kilimanjaro Safaris, and It’s Tough to be a Bug! 🙌

We wrapped up our amazing morning with a Single Pass Lightning Lane for Avatar Flight of Passage before park hopping to our next park for the day. Talk about a productive morning!

If you’re heading to Animal Kingdom, I can’t recommend rope dropping enough to make the most of your time! 🦁🌳

🏨✨ Check-in day at Disney’s Contemporary Resort was nothing short of magical! We kicked things off with a refreshing swim, then cozied up for a movie under the stars. 🎥🌟 Of course, we couldn’t resist roasting s'mores and squeezing in some time at the arcade 🎮🔥—such a fun way to wind down!

To top it all off, we caught the fireworks right from the resort and even watched the Electrical Water Pageant float by. 🎆🚤✨ It was the perfect start to our stay!

🏌️‍♀️❄️☀️ We just had the best time playing mini-golf at Winter Summerland at Walt Disney World! Whether you’re in the mood for a snowy winter wonderland or sunny summer fun, this course is such a hidden gem! ⛳️✨

Did you know that as a Disney Resort guest, one round at either of their miniature golf courses is included? Made it a lot more fun not having to spend any money!

It was the perfect way to start our vacation while we were waiting for our room to be ready. Have you guys ever tried it? If not, I totally recommend adding it to your Disney list next time you visit! 🎅🏖️
