Mini van driving by a foreign touron that should have not been on the road at all, I don't know how he got his international license but here he is. The staff at Ace I drove by in the parking lot was watching everything because he supposedly went in there looking for somebody and almost took some car out then laughed about it as they stated. I doubt this video will reach China but when I was in Hong Kong being taxied around in the city I had some fear in me and it wasn't because I was on my way to war it was how they drive there.

Well, I gave this brown hair lady her early 30's plate # 604905-C Red Honda I gave a love tap on wheel because I saw her daughter and the driver wasn't on the phone, she was probably distracted or star gazing as we would say in the military. No need to be rude about it but I can tell she's one to avoid accountability at all cost due to her secondary waving at me out of the window and running off the road with her daughter while she's paying attention to the guy who honked at her. Mid twenties brown hair guy, plate # DWK-419, white Honda Civic "great starter car," we’re going west on I90 where the speed limit is 75 mph, he’s just using that passing lane doing 70 to 73 mph holding up five other cars behind me. Not a care in the world and yes I did flip him off after passing him but he intentionally was looking away because well..........He's a POS that knew he was in the wrong.

Alright this was sent in and the person taking the video is a commercial truck driver. They stated that they were doing the limit of 55 mph going south on Jackrabbit Rd. which is a county road with a shared lane and not the interstate. Thanks for sending this in!
