CASA Tours, the original ski and snowboard tour operators in Chile and Argentina. We visit a great variety of ski centers and offer on and off piste riding.

Since 1998, we have been introducing skiers and snowboarders to the uncrowded ski resorts in Chile and Argentina, and the amazing off-piste terrain and wide-open backcountry Our tours include accommodation, meals, ski tickets, transport within South America, certified guides and a plethora of local knowledge.

Falling asleep tonight as the last full moon of winter 2024 glows above I want to send my energy out to the spirit of Peter Davis Lazar - 5 years ago you moved into a different dimension. To all those you touched may your spirit continue to shine.
To all those who’ve experienced the loss and grief of a brother, sister, parent, friend, partner, lover, husband, wife, acquaintance as consequence of the mountains and their fierce harshness of avalanche reality may these spirits continue to bless you and soar high above.
May these spirits continue to give you internal gifts in all their forms- be in the present and feel all around - tears, a smile, a rush of emotion, a visit from their spirit animal, a memory, a dream.
May we meet each other again in the “Metot” - The Ainu word for the deep mountain realm of the kamuy -

I could not resist giving Yuki-San .works his 35th Birthday present early (2/16). The light here in Hokkaido is dynamic and these - adaptive light lenses are the ideal tool. Goggle band accent made by Asami-chan and represents her local Ainu heritage and is a design bridge between Ainu generations. Her embroidery is meticulous and warrants off evil spirits and serves as a protector in the wilds.
