Progress at Sunset Terrace has been remarkable! I am happy to announce that the hundreds of tons of sand in our garage and parking area have now been removed. We still have some repairs to make but are thrilled to be working our way to welcoming our first guests again in just a few weeks. !! Paradise awaits you

Thank You Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department. A big shout out to this young man and his team for coming to beautiful AMI to help with the clean up! It was so nice to have them remove all of our garbage debris today from our condo complex. They are all over the island helping out. Thank you

Great news

Many restaurants have already reopened on the island. I will create a list in the next few days! Many favorites!

And the progress at our condo complex is going great. We will be back in business very soon and even have some great improvements!

We are installing new sliding doors on the street side of our condo that are just like our beach side sliding door. It will be so quiet in our condo master bedroom in just a couple weeks.

Post Hurricane Milton Update.

Our hearts go out to all the families of those that lost loved ones during yet another Hurricane. We also hurt for those that have lost everything or sustained severe damage. Prayers to everyone. This has been a crazy 2 weeks.
We are once again very blessed and fortunate. God has protected us once again at our condo and at our home. The eye of the Storm passed within 15 miles to the South of our condo and directly over our home.

We are in great shape. We are blessed. We did not sustain any significant damage at either property. Our condo itself is in perfect shape just as it was prior to Milton. We have some exterior work to do on our complex but will diligently get that completed.

We feel for those affected on AMI and our friends to the South with LBK and Siesta Key

Thank you again for all the texts , calls , emails and messages to check on us. We truly are very appreciative of our AMI family. I am thankful to see so many people working together. Many restaurants are open and serving their community by serving free meals to those volunteers and residents on the island. Many local restaurants and business have been out to serve the community. That is awesome. Our community is Strong

We appreciate all the Prayer for us during this time. The Lord protected us. God is Good.

Wow I can’t tell you how much we appreciate all of the texts , messages, calls , emails , FB messages from all of you checking on us. We truly don’t have a vacation rental business. It is so much more.

As I have said for years, the true enjoyment of our vacation rental is hearing of the family memories that each of you have made at our condos.

Thanks for checking in on us and caring so much.

We have a rough ride ahead but will do great with your love and support
