Our lake home hunting journey has begun. We went and looked at our first lake home yesterday, and we put in an offer! We were blessed with this unique situation as we were able to see the home before the owners put it up for sale. And the best part… now that they know we’re interested, they’re willing to hold off on putting it up for sale until we’re under contract! Although nothing is finalized, yet, we’ve been lucky thus far.
