The Caddy Shack is thrilled to announce that we are now certified AirBnB Superhosts!

To become a Superhost you have to first hit a minimum number of visits, then achieve an overall rating review of 4.8+, cancel less than 1% of your reservations, and have a 24hr response rate 90%+ of the time.

I posted a picture of our current superhost stats because we want you to know what to expect from us. We've received nothing but 5-star reviews so far and we respond within 24hrs every single time.

We got our first AirBnB e-Card today from a group that stayed with us back in May. We take pride and great pleasure in exceeding our guests expectations. We love the reviews, we love the notes that they leave us in the condo, we love the text messages they send us afterwards, but this was the first time that someone who stayed with us over a month ago has reached back out to say "thanks" all over again.

July 19 - 22 can be booked direct for $75 per/night.
July 26 - 30 can be booked direct for $85 per/night.

All bookings require a $65 cleaning fee.
