Let our condo be "Your Home Away From Home"

It's time to start planning for your next vacation, and if Branson, Missouri, is on your list of destinations, then let one of our condos be "your home away from home." Our condos are located in Holiday Hills Resort & Golf, and the resort has many amenities, including a golf course, Olympic-size indoor heated pool, outdoor pools, activity center, and much more. We are ideally located just five minutes from downtown Branson, which is famous for the convention center, the Landing, and the beginning of the Highway 76 strip. Since we are just outside the busyness of the Branson strip, you will have easier access to all the shows, golf courses, and Table Rock Lake. The condos will have everything you need, including a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, linens, a whirlpool bath tub, and more. Each condo is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with a queen sleeper sofa and will easily sleep six people. We also have a Pack N Play for small children. Multi-families, reunions or large gatherings

Are you coming to Branson, MO with another family? Or are you trying to organize a reunion? Look no further. I have two condos in Holiday Hills Resort & Golf that are side by side and they now have an adjoining door between them on the back patio which has a spectacular view of the golf course. Not only that, I have a third condo in the same building on the ground level for even more people that want to stay close to each other. Holiday Hills Resort & Golf is located two miles east of downtown Branson which is famous for the convention center and the Branson Landing. As our journey continues with Agee Properties LLC and our nightly rentals, we found that our first condo was doing so well that we decided to pursue another condo for a nightly rental. To our surprise, the condo on the third floor that was almost directly above our first condo was for sale. This condo had the same lay out as our first condo we purchased but with vaulted ceilings and a higher view of the golf course. So on May 25, 2017, Stacie and I purchased our second condo at the Pinnacles in Holiday Hills Golf & Resort. Since our first condo was doing extremely well, we decided to keep the same formula for success and put in all new flooring, new furniture, painted the walls and all new electronics. We wanted to give the modern look that I believe people are looking for. And with the help of Evolve Vacation Network and the grace of God, our second condo has been extremely successful. Which now has a full time life guard from 10:00 am til 10:00 pm. You will also have unlimited access to the activity center with all sorts of games and snacks for all ages. And of course the modern updated freshly painted, with all new furniture, cozy warm feel in one of our condos. In December of 2016, my wife and I took a leap of faith and purchased a condo at the Pinnacles in Holiday Hills Resort & Golf. We remodeled the condo by painting all the walls, adding new flooring and putting in all new furniture and electronics. After completing the remodel in the second week of February, we put our trust in God and in Evolve Vacation Network to get us bookings. To our amazement, all of March became booked as well as every other month. To this date we now have 251 nights booked at our first condo. We have been very blessed. Are you thinking about having a reunion in Branson, Missouri? Or getting together with another family but not wanting to stay together but be right next to each other? We have two condos on the top floor that have an adjoining door on the outside patio for large families or multi-families. And if you have more family members, relatives or friends joining you in Branson, MO then we also have a third condo in the same building on the bottom floor. You do need to plan ahead as these condos are booked often.
