Stop in during hours of operation to purchase cupcakes and individual cakes, or to place an order. Looking for a more hands on experience? Make an appointment for a tasting & consultation to design your

cake or display! Feel free to call ahead for orders- Top Tier strives to accommodate any and all orders, however, please allow 48 hours notice for large or intricate orders. After attending Johnson & Wales University for Baking & Pastry Arts, Britni Christiansen, Owner & Operator of Top Tier Baking Co., pursued a career in the Restaurant Industry. With a strong background in Restaurant Management, and a passion for Pastry Arts, opening up Top Tier just came natural to Britni. With the birth of her son, Cooper, in June of 2011- the desire to be a stay at home mom took over. With that said- Top Tier was created as a home business. After just a year, it was clear that operating from home was no longer feasible. With the help of a great friend and mentor, a small location was found and renovated- becoming the perfect setting to operate the intimate business that she was seeking. With the support of her Husband, Family & Friends- 2013 is shaping up to be an amazing year! Customer satisfaction, and personal experience ranks #1 on Britni’s list of priorities. You can make yourself at home in this comfortable space, while you have a cup of coffee and browse through portfolios, magazines, etc.- ultimately designing the perfect display for your event.
