With a strong background in Restaurant Management, and a passion for Pastry Arts, opening up Top Tier just came natural to Britni. With the birth of her son, Cooper, in June of 2011- the desire to be a stay at home mom took over. With that said- Top Tier was created as a home business. After just a year, it was clear that operating from home was no longer feasible. With the help of a great friend and mentor, a small location was found and renovated- becoming the perfect setting to operate the intimate business that she was seeking.
