This is a general labor/shop fabrication position. We need someone that is dependable and self-motivated. Under the direct supervision of the shop foreman, the ideal candidate for this position will:
-Assist the shop foreman with the day to day operations of our post tension cable fabrication
-Assist with the cutting and preparing of post tension tendons for installation
-Load/unload trailers
-Assist with taking inventory
-As directed by foreman, keep up with shop maintenance
-Equipment maintenance/repairs
REQUIREMENTS:
-2 years of verifiable work history
-Read and understand work orders/instructions
-Able to lift up to 50-100 lbs.
-Great customer service skills and work ethic
-Knowledgeable on basic tools and machinery
Qualifications that are not required, but helpful:
-Welding and/or electrical skills
-Forklift certification
-Able to drive a truck with trailer
-Training in OSHA safety

PAY RATE: Based on experience
Shift/Hours: Monday-Friday

Our team is looking for an experienced construction superintendent to manage our projects! You’ll supervise and ensure projects are completed safely, promptly, with efficiency and quality.

Overall, construction superintendent responsibilities include:

• Keeping track of project progress (this includes attending weekly meetings, scheduling, ordering materials, ensuring job is meeting deadlines and budget)

These responsibilities may vary based on each project.

This role requires excellent communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with various individuals involved with the construction process, such as subcontractors, vendors, and customers.

If you are organized, able to work well under pressure, and have experience in this field, we’d like to meet you!

Responsibilities/job duties
• Collaboration with subcontractors, vendors, and customers to determine project needs
• Set performance goals and deadlines
• Plan construction processes
• Supervise staff and provide constructive feedback
• Monitor and report on project progress in weekly meetings
• Coordinate foundation inspections
• Implement safety and quality guidelines
• Order the appropriate equipment and arrange for regular maintenance
• Keep track of material stock and orders
• Ensure the job site remains safe, clean, and orderly
• Resolve on-site issues
• Problem solving skills are imperative
Requirements
• Previous experience as a construction superintendent or in a similar role
• Understanding of construction operations and processes
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to lead and inspire

• Preferred, but not required: Degree in Construction Management, three years experience
• Capable of towing utility trailers and supervising material and equipment loading/offloading.
