Some updated photos of the Condo. This past season I built a desk into the second bedroom alcove and left a monitor. We bought a new upgraded the stove in the kitchen and swapped out the king bed for a new queen sized bed.

Summit County is closed too. We received an email from the Summit County government saying that the entire county is now closed to non-permanent residents which includes second home owners. Everyone who is not a permanent resident is being asked to leave the county as soon as possible. They are saying that the local grocery stores are empty, gas stations have no gas and the local hospital beds are all full and they can't take care of the population they have.
Let's all say a prayer for Summit County and the world during this stressful and worrisome time.

Vail Resorts to Close North American Resorts for the 2019-20 Ski Season
The Company will consider reopening Breckenridge, Heavenly and Whistler Blackcomb dependent on the situation with COVID-19 and weather conditions
Given the current situation involving the impact of coronavirus (COVID-19) on our communities, we have now made a decision that our North American resorts and retail stores will remain closed for the 2019-20 winter ski season. Dependent on the situation with COVID-19, and pending weather conditions, we will consider reopening Breckenridge in Colorado, Heavenly in Lake Tahoe and Whistler Blackcomb in British Columbia in late April/early May.

Additionally, Vail Resorts owned and operated lodging properties will close on Friday, March 20, with final check-ins allowed until 4 p.m. MT today. Epic Mountain Express, our Colorado shuttle service, will run through tomorrow, Wednesday, March 18. Both will remain closed until further notice.

While it is incredibly disappointing for us to mark the end of the season at this time, we know it is the most responsible path forward for the health and wellbeing of our guests, our employees and the amazing communities where we operate.

Going to put this on the things to do while in Breck list next season. I think I'll buy a couple of sleds to leave at the condo for guests to use. Carter Park is within walking distance of our condo.

While the ski areas sit empty amidst COVID-19 concerns, Breckenridge’s Carter Park and Pavilion remains active with sledding and tubing.

I've never found the lift lines very long even on holidays but still, very nice to have a new lift

To all our Breckenridge guests, Moose are highly territorial and can be aggressive. Moose will stomp you if they think you are too close or threatening them. If you see a Moose in Breck, which is very likely any time of the year, please give them space and don't approach them.

Just another day in Breck! Moose on the Loose! Please though, don't harass the Mooses, legally its a no-no and they are big enough to stomp you. Taking video and photos is fine though. 😀
