Here you’ll find something for everyone, whether you’re enjoying a soak in the hot tub, watching the kids frolic on the deluxe play set, relaxing to the sounds of the waterfall from the deck while absorbed in the beauty of the Tenmile Range, roasting marshmallows over the open fire pit, fly fishing for trout in the Swan River, testing out your billiards skills, or simply snuggling up with your favorite movie playing on the big screen TV, a flickering fire in the fireplace, and a fine glass of wine. And that’s before you even leave the property! Situated in the heart of ski country, you’ll find the Breckenridge ski lifts only 10 minutes away. Copper Mountain, Keystone, Vail, A-Basin and Loveland ski resorts are all within a short drive. In the summer, you can be in the clubhouse of the 27-hole Breckenridge Golf Club in just a few minutes. There are also numerous nearby hiking and mountain biking trails, including a trailhead to the famous Colorado Trail less than a mile from the house. Go white water rafting, explore an abandoned gold mine, zoom down a zip line suspended over 50 feet in the air, or stroll down the streets of town, where a multitude of quaint shops and restaurants are guaranteed to please.
